Inconsistencies and mix-ups between the input number on the cassette and the slide are caused by illegibility or carelessness in stressful situations.
A barcode scanner is connected to our VSPA 6001 slide printer, which scans a 2D barcode on a cassette. The recognized 2D barcode is reliably transferred to the display of our slide printer and can also be supplemented with your special stains or other laboratory-specific information.
The large supply magazine frees you from the constant „reaching for slides“ so that you can concentrate fully on your cutting work on the microtome.
The slide printer’s user software gives you the freedom to operate the device independently. Installed counter variants allow you to automatically increment patient numbers or sub-numbers.
With factory-installed LAN and USB interfaces and Windows drivers, you are ideally prepared for the future. The printer can therefore be connected to your laboratory software.
